So no one ever said losing weight, staying fit and eating right was going to be easy. It is always a work in progress, something you have to work out, fine tune and practice. It is a lifestyle, a choice to be healthy. Some days harder than others...For the most part your fitness and eating choices should not be stressing you out or making you feel overwhelmed, you should be having fun working out and eating healthy items that still spark your taste buds.
