Spring Is In The Air!
What a beautiful day we had yesterday, weather in the 60's, daylight until 7pm or after, absolutely perfect. These are the days we should start taking advantage of and using to get out there and burn some calories. There are so many outdoor activities you can do the possibilities are endless and you will feel great after completing!! Not only will you soak up much needed Vitamin D from the sun but you'll also feel that you have more energy and that you are in a happier mood. The First day Of Spring is one short week away, the warmer weather will be here to stay and the excuses for not getting outside and for not being fit go out with the cold temps. I'd like to see everyone at the morning workouts and I'd really like to see everyone fall back in to the habits of last spring/summer, eating right, exercising and feeling good about yourselves. On Monday March 19th, I'd like everyone to weigh in again and I will measure you. Dust off those calorie notebooks and get ready to do some Spring Training :) I look forward to an awesome spring.
