Welcome 2012; This is Your Year!

Happy New Year!  In 2011 we lost over 100 pounds as a group, now we move on to 2012 and may we shed more inches and more pounds to be the leanest and healthiest we have ever been.  Think about what you'd like your goal for 2012 to be, not necessarily a weight loss goal, but a fitness goal that will make you feel better about yourself and have you looking better than ever as you ring in 2013!! Tomorrow we kick off our 2012 workouts with a 12 exercise routine to start it off right.  We will try new routines, new exercises and new ideas in 2012 to keep us slim, trim and feeling great.  Cheers to Fitness in 2012, I wish each of you much luck with your fitness goals and I look forward to helping you achieve them!

P.S. If you can please weigh yourselves today or tomorrow morning so that I have an accurate record of what we lose for the year.  I'd like to measure all of you this week as well.
