Abs Start in The Fridge & End With a Crunch!
This morning's cardio was paired with an ab circuit workout that included wall crunches, squats w/dumbell twists, get up sit ups and more. Each of you ladies did a great job. Let's not leave the ab workout at the track, instead let's leave it on the table in front of us and get to work! A few things to remember if you want to have awesome abs from single Diva to a Diva MILF the rules are still the same: Drink Plenty of Water (Aim to drink a gallon of water per day, this will also keep your skin looking healthy and fresh), AVOID foods and treats with white sugar and white flour try to stay with natural carbs that are found in fruits and vegetables, Protein--Protein--Protein (you should have something protein rich at every meal and snack if possible) and remember that great abs don't just come from endless crunches, you have to pay attention to what you are putting in to your body, if you continue to snack on things that are not good for your body you will continue to have flabby abs! Simply...you are what you eat...with that said here are a few top foods that feed the abs to keep them looking slim and sleek: Almonds, Eggs, Soybeans, Apples, Berries & Green Leafy Vegetables to name a few. Everything in moderation of course as that is the key to maximum fat loss which in turn unlocks the secret to awesome abs. Ab On Everyone, bikini season will be back before we can crunch!
