Hoping for a better week!
This week has been a tough week for me! I could not get out of bed, my running was slow, and I started a new diet plan. For 2 weeks doing no sugar, no carbs, no alcohol. I am hoping my bad week is just my body getting adjusted to the new diet. As for our workouts they were great this week. We had some laughs on those ab days!! Today I could barely lift my arms to blow dry my hair! I will be happy when I have nice defined arms though. All in all it was a tough week, but I got through it. Even if I was a few minutes late EVERY morning! At least I made it, always feeling better once I left. Hoping for a better running week next week. Have a great weekend ladies!!
