Back To Business!

It has been such a wonderful experience working out with all of you!  It makes me smile to think I have brought things out in each of you that you didn't know you had.  With that each morning I come to the table with my stories of the shanigan's that is "my life" and you listen without judgement.  I think we have all become very comfortable with one another and we have fun.  However, I also don't want us to forget why we are getting up at 4:30 to be working out by 5am! We get there so that we can get a great workout that will get us to where we want to be physically and keep us looking great.  So today we kicked off BACK TO BUSINESS, as much as I'd like for us to chit chat it up and have fun, I also want us to be the hottest girls on the block!  I enjoyed today's workout and you all did a great job, one day we will get thru the 21 down but for now think about how many presses and push ups you did total!!!!! Great job, Awesome Work!!!! Can't wait for tomorrow!
