I read this quote a few days ago and I loved it! It is completely true and I thought that I should share this with all of you. I am here always to motivate you and to help accomplish your goals, but YOU are the most important key in completing those goals. YOU have to set a goal, YOU have to motivate yourself, YOU have to really want it and YOU have to get after it! Our challenge for the week was for each of you to give me a goal on Monday, I only received goals from two of you. Please do yourself a favor and set a goal for yourself, it does not have to be a weight loss goal, it can be anything related to fitness or your physical well being.
Take time out for yourself every day and remember that you are the most important person. If you don't take care of yourself first then how can you be what you want to be to others in your life?
Let's set some goals ladies! Let's get er' done! Let's self motivate!
