Motivation? A Small Piece

It's been a rough week for some of you in getting to the workouts, it's cold, your bed is warm and comfy, you have good intentions of working out but for one reason or another you can't seem to make your way out of bed at 5am in the cold! Totally understandable? Ummmm not so fast! 

Here are a few things I thought I might mention:

1. Spring is in 59 Days!
2. Summer is in 152 Days!
3. The hottest trends for Spring? Bright patterns and colors (that will definitely draw attention to your waistline) Lots of jewelry! It's going to be a sporty Spring as well!  With that said there are no babydoll shirts forcasted, everything is sleek, crisp, clean and fitted.
4. You deserve a good workout, so what it's cold, guaranteed in 152 days or less you'll be complaining that it's too hot! Just get out there you'll be happy you did!
5. Need more motivation? Healthier skin, nails and hair.  Increased sex drive! Yup! 100% more energy to keep you going all day.  Curb hunger to keep you eating clean the whole day thru!

I want you all to look completely HOT this Spring and Summer, it's not too late now but it will be in 59 days when you realize that there is no turning back the Spring is gonna be here and Summer will be even closer.

Taking time for yourself is a MUST, nothing more important than YOU.  So Ladies, what are you to do? Get Up Get Up Get Up and get out there! Set a Goal early so you can accomplish by Spring!
