Remember Me

It has been awhile since I have written. I guess I can say I fell into the old habits that happen every once in awhile. It has almost been a year since my lifestyle change of working out 6 days a week and eating what is best for my body. I feel incredible!! BUT some other things come along with that - for example letting myself slack off a little bit. I was enjoying my bed and some foods that didn't like me a little too much. I gained 7lbs and when my pants which I was thrilled to fit into where getting a little snug I knew my comfort level had gotten the best of me. So here I am today with my motivation and attitude back in the right spot. My only advice to anyone who also goes through these fazes is to remember where you were before you got to this point. Look at old pictures!! Don't let yourself be another person who got into shape and then fell right back into old habits after a year. Time to set some new goals and stick to them!
