I apologize for the long time between posts! It's been a little hectic now that there is a baby on the way and I seem to have lost focus on why we started bootcamp and why I started this blog in the first place.
I hope you enjoyed today's workout!! I'd like to really get back to where we were with our workouts, working hard towards the goal of looking and feeling our best. So today was just the beginning.
We will not be using weights this week and I'm hoping to have 4 more strong workouts to back up today, check out the "upcoming workouts" tab to see whats in store!
Also, please make sure that you add to the calorie count tab when you can, it's so helpful to just pull up the blog and be able to go in and check on what you are eating, I will also be adding foods to this list as much as I can.
Summer is right around the corner, the warm weather is sneaking up on us quickly and we need to stay focused and set some goals. Please come up with your goal for the next 4 weeks and email to me sumrya@yahoo.com as soon as possible, by Friday if you can.
Last but not least we will start a Summer Contest Series similar to the contest we did last year so get ready to win some great prizes!!
